Litigation Section

Delaney Wiles, Inc. has a national reputation as an outstanding litigation firm. The firm has handled many complex and difficult legal matters filed in Alaska. Typical of these matters are numerous cases involving the construction of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, complex product liability questions, catastrophic personal injury, aviation, professional malpractice, admiralty, environmental incidents, governmental authority and responsibility, and oil and gas issues concerning the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
